Jean has extensive experience in the field of trade mark law. Jean also has experience in copyright law, cyber law, domain disputes, company name disputes and anti-counterfeiting.
Jean obtained his LLB from UFS and his LLM specialising in IP law from the University of Stellenbosch.
Jean is an admitted attorney of the High Court and a Trade Mark Practitioner and Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL).
