With over 50 years of legal experience, Monty is highly skilled and knowledgeable on intellectual property issues. Monty is an attorney, notary and patent attorney and is a member of various industry bodies, namely the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers, Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law, Copyright law sub-committee, Licensing Executive Society (LES) and has attended many AIPPI, FICPI and INTA conventions. He has contributed several times to the De Rebus publication.
