Hillary Brennan
Hillary completed her B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and later her LLB. She is an admitted attorney and a qualified patent attorney. Hillary has experience in the fields of patents, particularly in the fields of chemistry, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals, registered designs, plant breeder’s rights, copyright and trade marks.
Jean van Vuuren
Jean has extensive experience in the field of trade mark law. Jean has experience in copyright law, cyber law and domain name registrations and disputes.
Jean obtained his LLB from UFS and his LLM specialising in IP law from the University of Stellenbosch.
Jean is an admitted attorney of the High Court and a Trade Mark Practitioner and Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL).
Willem Strydom
Willem completed his BEng (E&E), BCom(Law) and LLB at the University of Johannesburg. He is an admitted patent attorney.
He has experience in patents, particularly in the electrical field, and registered designs, nationally and internationally, patent searches (subject matter and name / entity) and, infringement and validity opinion.
Josh Boucher
Josh joined Rademeyer Attorneys in November 2020. He completed his studies at the University of Johannesburg in 2020, where he obtained a BCom (Law) and LLB. He has experience in general and commercial litigation, debt collection, rental disputes, correspondent work, family law disputes, contractual disputes and damages claims.
Ingrid Coetzee
Ingrid holds a BSc in Physiology with Psychology and an LLB. She was admitted as an attorney in April 2024 and has a keen focus on intellectual property law. She is currently building expertise in patents, registered designs and copyright. Ingrid is experienced in conducting in-depth patent subject matter and name/entity searches, handling design applications, and is expanding her knowledge in global IP protection.
Morné Coetzee
Morne completed his LLB from the University of South Africa (Unisa) in 2021 and joined Rademeyer Attorneys in July 2022. He became an admitted attorney in October 2024. He has experience in general litigation, debt collection, correspondent work and labour law. He also appears in various Magistrates Courts.
